Watch: Store Clerk Loses His Mind When Man Wearing Trump Gear Walks In

A video of a vape store clerk going absolutely ballistic when a man wearing a pro-Trump hat walked into the store has gone viral.

Even better is the reaction of the Trump supporter.

The Daily Caller:

Later in the video, the clerk begins to ring the customer up but is set off again when Furgeson said, “God bless America, capitalism wins again.”

“F**k capitalism,” the clerk screamed. “F**k your f**king president! He’s a racist, stupid piece of s**t! You’re a racist, stupid piece of shit! F**k off!”

Although all social media accounts for the store seem to have been shut down, Breitbart reported the contents of a post that appeared Friday night saying the store clerk had been fired. Calls to the store went unanswered.

The owners of the store actually did the right thing:

“To our friends and customers,” the post read, according to Breitbart. “Tonight, we had an employee act improperly toward a customer. Xhale City does not tolerate this kind of behavior from its employees. When we identified the employee at fault, we fired him immediately. We’ve also spoken to the customer and apologized. We value our clients and treat them with respect and dignity, regardless of their political views.”

That video shows the direct, real-world consequences of the anti-Trump hysteria that permeates the news, popular culture, and the internet. You can't escape it. Even if you're only a casual news consumer, you are exposed to it every hour of every day.

We can safely define it as "hysteria" because that's exactly what it is;

"an uncontrollable outburst of emotion or fear, often characterized by irrationality, laughter, weeping, etc."

There are some who believe that the hysteria ginned up over Trump is part of a grand strategy to weaken the U.S. I think that's pretty nonsensical. But it's an excellent example of both groupthink and the echo chamber. Like-minded people don't have to conspire to advance the same narrative — and spreading that narrative becomes easy in the left-wing echo chamber.

If you have been listening to this anti-Trump mania for two years, you might have thought the U.S. would have become a dictatorship by now. All of the "dangers," all of the "threats to the Constitution" have proven to be laughably false.

Could it be that more and more people are onto this idiocy?
