A New York City police officer was shot to death while sitting with her partner in a parked police vehicle in the Bronx early Wednesday in an apparent ambush attack. The suspect, a cop-hating parolee, was shot and killed by responding officers about a block away from the crime scene. An innocent bystander was also shot in the crossfire and was reportedly in stable condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.

The officer, identified as 48-year-old Miosotis Familia, was rushed to the hospital, where she soon succumbed to her injuries. Familia was a 12-year-veteran who was with the Anti-Crime unit of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.

The suspect strode toward the marked police car and blasted Familia through the window, the New York Post reported.

“This is absolutely an unprovoked attack,” said NYPD Commissioner James P. O’Neill.

The commissioner said the suspect fired one round, after which the shot officer’s partner called for backup.

Two other officers, Sgt. Keith Bryan and Officer Joseph Ayala, confronted Bonds about a block away, and shot him dead, police said.

“It was an attempted cop assassination,” one law enforcement source told The Post.

The suspect approached at 12:30 a.m. as Familia sat inside a temporary headquarters vehicle at East 183rd Street and Morris Avenue in Fordham Heights, according to sources.

The suspect has been identified as Alexander Bonds, 34. Cops say he was on parole for a 2014 robbery in Syracuse.

Bonds, who once assaulted an officer with brass knuckles, had recently posted a profanity-laced anti-cop rant on Facebook Live, according to the New York Daily News.

“Police is f—-ts, and this ain’t no gimmick,” he said at the top of the 11-minute video.

Bonds, waving a lit cigarette, appeared to be upset by a story of a cop allegedly raping a girl. He went on to air several grievances against law enforcement, including those who work in jails.

“Don’t think every brother, cousin or uncle you got that get (unintelligible) in jail is because of a Blood or Crip,” he said. “Police be killing and saying an inmate killed them.”

“I wasn’t a b—h in jail and I’m not gonna be a b—h in these streets,” he continued the rant. “They don’t f–k with me, and I damn sure don’t f–k with them.”

He later charged: “That’s where your taxpayer money be going, to pay off your own people being murdered.”

The suspect had a long rap sheet and up to six different aliases.

Bonds spent seven years in Attica Correctional Facility on a robbery conviction from Onondaga County, N.Y., before receiving parole on May 5, 2013. He was on supervised release until May 15, 2018.

He was previously sent on March 31, 2004 to Moriah Shock Incarceration Correctional Facility in connection with a drug sale conviction out of the Bronx — receiving parole on Oct. 14, 2004.

He “liked” the Facebook page “Return Judy Clark to Our Community” — an advocacy page for Judith Clark, a Weather Underground member convicted of felony murder in the 1981 Brink’s armored car heist that killed a security guard and two Nyack, N.Y. policemen.

Clark, working in cahoots with the Black Liberation Army, served as a getaway driver in the Rockland County murder. Gov. Cuomo in late December granted her clemency, moving her parole date up 40 years.
