Maybe you don’t want to stay that connected. It sounds a bit cold and impersonal, but an Australian court has given the green light to the use of Facebook to notify homeowners of a default judgement on their home loan. Not surprisingly, the offending couple’s Facebook page quickly disappeared. Australia has previously approved email and text messaging for default notifications.
