Majority of elected officials don't know much about the Constitution

Democrat Phil Hare isn’t wasn’t the only Constitutional ignoramus among our betters.  A majority of our elected officials don’t know much about the Constitution, according to a survey conducted by the Intercollegiate Studies Institute.  The general public didn’t do much better, but it did do better by a point here and there than elected pols.  So the GOP-led reading of the Constitution that kicked off the 112th Congress amounted to remedial reading for many, if not most, who were there.
