School starts next week for our family. It’s our first year homeschooling, and I am one of those plan-ahead types who likes to make copious amounts of freezer meals and snacks weeks in advance to be prepared for whatever comes. So, here is what’s been on my to-do list this week to feel more confident about this new adventure.

I made these into mini loaves and substituted vanilla and chocolate pudding for the lemon mix. I’d like to say I planned that move, but let’s be real, it was the only thing I had in the cupboard.
These loaves freeze beautifully, which makes them perfect to keep on hand for a PTA meeting, teacher gift, or quick breakfast!

We made a version of these Cowboy Calzones for dinner on Thursday. Oh so good. Oh so easy. And oh, did I mention, perfect for school lunches the next day.

These school supplies are so encouraging that I bought some for myself.
I mean, moms need positive motivation too, right?

I’ve watched this video about five times, and laughed each time. Enjoy. I hope it makes you smile.
