This weekend we are celebrating summer’s bounty with an all-recipe edition of the Weekly Link Roundup. If you’re anything like me, the fresh summer produce is starting to roll in faster than I can make use of it. Use some of these recipes and tips to make the most of your produce now, and store others for a little winter pick-me-up!

So far I’ve made this recipe twice.  It’s delicious on some crusty bread or used as the base for a bruschetta appetizer.

I’m really looking forward to using these instructions to store my own herbs for the winter. Plus, it’s a great way to get the kids involved in harvesting the garden.

If you haven’t taken advantage of spaghetti squash this season, grab some now and freeze it for the winter months, you’ll be glad you did!

These summer fruit desserts look sumptuous.  I’ll be enlisting the kiddos to help this weekend with #7, the Gluten Free Hazelnut Plum Muffins, and if I’m really ambitious, sharing #8 will endear me to my friends at the weekend pool party.
