Fall. The leaves are changing. The colors are bright. The air is crisp. All around, things are changing, especially for our kids. But the end of summer doesn’t mean the end of fun. Quite the opposite.
Here are five ways to get your kids’ fun engines humming.
1. First up, how about melted crayons on pumpkins?

Kids love things that are bright and colorful like their crayons. All they need to do is pick the crayon colors that make them happy, melt those crayons, and some really cool pumpkins will emerge. Your yard will look amazing on Halloween.

Get all football lovers in the family involved.
All you need to make this happen is construction paper, white markers, scissors, glue and pencils, and of course, your big and little football fans.

The kids can make this one. It’s really easy. Pizza dough with a sugar cookie crust. Cream cheese frosting. Toasted pecans and a drizzle of caramel. All piled high on the pizza dough. And there it is. Fall fruit pizza.

5. Last on our list: Soup can monsters!!

Collect some old soup cans. All the kids have to do is paint those old soup cans into scary monsters. Sprinkle the monsters throughout your house or yard, and get Halloween started early.
