So I don’t know what to make of this. My initial thought is that Mueller would be crazy to do this if he intends to charge Trump with anything. Yeah, there are legalities that could make it okay, but politically, charging someone after you’ve raided their lawyer — especially someone whose millions of supporters already distrust the DOJ –is absolutely explosive. But hey, what do I know?
