SO YOU DON’T EXPECT SCHOOL-CAFETERIA FOOD TO BE GOOD, because it’s prepared in mass quantities and the consumers don’t really get a choice. So why would you expect public school education to be any better, since it’s produced under the same conditions? (No, this insight isn’t really original.
