I MISSED THIS LAST WEEK: Government may seek sabotage charges against Plowshares protesters for Y-12 break-in. “Theodore wasn’t specific about the potential charges, but they reportedly could include: interference with war activities of the U.S. government, which carries a maximum punishment of 30 years in prison; and/or destruction of national security premises, which carries a penalty up to 20 years.”
