The World Bank computer network, one of the largest storage sites of critically sensitive economic data for every nation, has been repeatedly attacked for over a year. The system has been “deeply penetrated” and it’s not know how much information was compromised. The banks senior technology manager called it an “unprecedented crisis”. Fox News reports the bank has been trying to find the source of the attacks, some of which have been tracked to China, while keeping the problem secret. The news agency also has bank memos about the attacks.
