Who Needs Congress When We've Got the UN, the Arab League and Rio?

Last year, Congress was important enough to be entrusted with the Obamacare job of rewriting the rules for one-sixth of the American economy. This year, Congress isn't even worth consulting when taking America to war in Libya. Speaker John Boehner has a letter posted on the House web site in which the questions he now feels quite reasonably compelled to ask read like something out of a parody skit on Obama's priorities. Good questions here, from a congress which, since Obama decided to open a new war, has had to queue for the president's attention, waiting in line somewhere behind the Arab League, the United Nations, an Obama family soccer frolic in Rio, and the media of Brazil, Chile and El Salvador. Boehner is "troubled"....
