RopeGate: Vintage Video Emerges of Clintons Corralling Press in 1992

If you were wondering where Hillary Clinton's aides got the idea to corral reporters using ropes during a 4th of July parade in New Hampshire last weekend, wonder no more.

A video posted to YouTube Tuesday shows Bill and Hillary Clinton during the 1992 presidential campaign walking down a city street as aides corralled the press with ropes.

The 29-second video shows them roping off reporters like cattle -- something many pundits have said Republicans could never get away with.
