Another reason Trump won:

So, why should any Republican candidate agree to a debate hosted by any other network besides Fox?

This is amazing.

The Democrats can't manage to pass a resolution condemning antisemitism! Where are all the people who were freaking out about the Nazis at Charlottesville or crying about the Pittsburgh synagogue slaughter?

Cat got your tongue, hypocrites? Maybe antisemitism is bad and worth grandstanding about when it comes from purported Trump supporters but when it doesn't well...¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Ash Wednesday Facts:

(Some of these are more factual than others ...)

Pretty sure I'll get "the Blob." As usual.

The late, great Mother Angelica:

Yep. And Shamrock Shake season -- if you didn't give up sweets.

Did you know ...

This woman ...

There are so many things wrong with this clip I don't even know where to begin.

1. She gets 10 plastic bags at the grocery store? What? This tireless promoter of the "Green New Deal" doesn't have her own reusable totes, or can't choose paper??? Hypocrisy much?!

2. She THROWS THEM OUT??? Everybody knows you don't throw your plastic shopping bags out. You reuse them as mini trash bags. You turn them into trashcan liners. You don't just throw them out like some kind of savage. Didn't most millennials grow up in homes that had special little plastic bag dispensers somewhere in the kitchen?

Like these:

Was she raised in a barn?

3. Because she's incapable of being environmentally responsible herself, everyone has to be forced into a recycling program?

Update on David Corn GraffitiGate story:

Sky Harbor Airport bathroom clean-up crew unable to find anti-AOC graffiti to clean up.

But David Corn has photographic proof! Or something (?)

Whatever you say, Corndog.

I was writing this story about the media blaming ACT for America for the poster connecting Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) to the 9/11 attacks. I think the poster is disgusting, even though I also vehemently oppose Ilhan Omar.

This is a question for commenters and my fellow PJ Media writers: would you defend this poster and why? I think all Americans should condemn it, but I'd like to hear what others think.

Babies born alive in a botched abortion...

My friend and former Christian Post colleague Napp Nazworth has a wonderful and eye-opening article up at the Christian Post today. He tells "a short history of babies born alive during an abortion."

The abortion infanticide push goes back to 1977.

In the 1977 case of Floyd v. Anders, an abortionist, Dr. Jesse Floyd, was tried for murdering a baby. He "botched" the abortion, meaning his attempt to kill the fetus failed and instead resulted in a live baby who survived for 20 days then died due to his induced pre-mature birth.

The case presented an interesting question for the courts. The U.S. Supreme Court made abortion legal in 1973 based upon a "right to privacy" for the mother. But if an abortion fails to result in a dead fetus and instead results in a baby born alive, now outside its mother, does the mother's "right to privacy" still have any bearing on the life of the child? In other words, does the right to an abortion end when the baby has fully exited the birth canal, or does that right continue? Is abortion about a woman being able to control what is inside her body, or about being able to legally kill her baby?

Judge Clement Haynsworth concluded the right to an abortion necessarily includes the right to a dead baby.

That's just the beginning. Napp goes through 7 major topics, most recently the horrific comments from Gov. Ralph Northam (D-Va.) and the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. Read the whole thing here.
