Supreme Court defends Christian florist.
Barronelle, Stutzman, owner of the Christian florist shop Arlene's Flowers, was fined $135K for refusing to serve a same-sex wedding. Now, the Supreme Court has reopened the case — but will not consider the case themselves.
This is a welcome development, especially in light of the clear anti-Christian animus in Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Such a bias is likely the case in Arlene's Flowers as well.
