A Military Analogy for Resolution of the Debt Mess
I just published this article at my own blog to augment my observations in the Pajamas Media debt limit article published on August 4. It suggests that we have flawed but acceptable vehicles to curtail spending and should use them to full advantage. To do so, we should stop griping about the debt limit legislation, stop insisting on the impossible and get busy cutting spending. If we do, we can get substantial cuts, President Obama will probably be a one term president and we may even get majorities in both houses of the Congress.
