The winds have not yet increased to reflect this change &amp;#8212; they still stand at 100 mph, low-end Category 2, as they have since 2:00 PM &amp;#8212; but wind increases often lag some hours behind pressure drops, so it would not be surprising if the winds finally &amp;#8220;ramp up&amp;#8221; overnight.
