They really should wait a day or two unless they know they have power. The sewage system in Jefferson is largely down right now. Too many flushes and they will get back up. The latter storms in this series may recurve early, or, be wiped out completely prior to reaching land. Then, the season will rapidly wind down. Of note, the Pacific season appears to be winding down already, some 3 weeks early.
