PMH, thanks for the heads up about the Flash ad. I don't have any control of that, but I'll contact my editors and let them know there is/was a problem. Thanks!

TexEd,
Those "dumb/crooked folks that live in LA" (?)are AMERICANS. Who is the one being the anti-American here? I think it is the guy from Texas. One of my greatest losses from Katrina was my loss of faith in my own country. Things are going VERY well this time around. All levels of government seemed to have learned from their mistakes. Put your bitterness aside (Heaven knows I am TRYING to!) and be glad that your fellow Americans have a good chance not to re-experienc the indescribable suffering of the last 3 years.

Why have the stupid republicans allowed the MSM and anti-American dems to make a hurricane their problem/fault? The dumb/crooked folks of LA live there by their choice and, eventually, will get washed away. Do you think the anti-Americans will pause in their attempts to destroy the country because someone believes it would be unseemly? Run the damn convention as planned!

Are you aware that your Flash ad..
(The Surge Worked, recently)

..interferes badly with your postings?

Right now, if you slowly vary the with of your Browser window, ..
(I'm using IE6.)

..you can see the whole of your latest (11:26) posting appear & disappear.

Earlier it was ... just ... the title of the posting.
