Bush. We have a new Republican Governor, Bobby Jindal, and a totally different situation. Much pre-thought and pre-preparation meaning there is unlikely to be the awful lawlessness and loss of life that took place 3 years ago. I don't know how good a job the Army Corps of Engineers has done. Three years ago, I wish we'd done the humble and sensible thing and gone for advice to the Dutch who have a superb system of levees.
