Your ♡bamaCare!!! Fail of the Day

April 30th, 2014 - 9:23 am

Remember the fierce moral urgency of providing coverage to tens of millions of Uninsured-Americans? Yeah, they still aren’t buying:

With Obamacare’s first enrollment period finally in the books, two new surveys out this morning offer new insight into why the still-uninsured decided to remain on the sidelines this year. Hint: It has a lot to do with cost.

This newest monthly Kaiser Health Tracking poll, which has provided some of the most reliable data on the public’s opinion interaction with the Affordable Care Act over the past four years, finds that nearly 4 in 10 uninsured adults cited affordability as their main reason for skipping health insurance coverage. Twenty-two percent cited employment reasons (they were unemployed or couldn’t get coverage through their job), while another 11 percent said they missed the deadline and 9 percent said they just didn’t want insurance.

Honestly, it takes the federal government to upend so much for so many, to increase paperwork and hidden costs so dramatically, to provide benefits to so few.

VP, this Act was passed illegally.

(kickbacks, bribes and payoffs taken into a back room in the middle of the night and passed in one party "reconciliation")

It was presented illegally.

(it was designed to force "haves" to lose their insurance in order to subsidize " have nots", worsening the policy coverages, increasing premiums, deductibles and co-pays in order to obtain inferior doctors, hospitals and procedures)

It was argued illegally.

(NO lawyers is allowed to go into Court and purposely mislead them by arguing it was a tax, when it was presented to the people and their representatives that it was NOT a tax. How can the people have representation for/against taxation...if the people and their representatives are told there is no tax to debate)

It was bid out illegally.

(the NO BID contract was handed to a crony of Michelle's...hundreds of millions of dollars later...this NO BID CONTRACT was found to have NOT built a security system, it had no back end and the front end didn't work.

It was delayed, amended, postponed, waivered, adjusted, ...all illegally.

(there is a defined, codified and detailed method for making a change to a law. NONE of the requirements for doing so have been even attempted, much less met. The illegal passage of an unconstitutional totalitarian fiat, changed by totalitarian fiat, bid out by totalitarian fiat, passed by totalitarian fiat and approved by the Supreme Court is a massive miscarriage of justice and a lack of protection of the people and their now...

...too bagged to fail.

It doesn't look like a law, it doesn't act like a law, it doesn't respect the law and it doesn't apply equally to all like a law. It's an overthrow of the law.

And...Republicans believe it isn't worth fighting the overthrow. doesn't matter how many policies go missing from the "haves", or how many doctors and hospitals go missing from the policies. Or how many dollars go missing from taxpayers treasury.

Or how many freedoms go missing from the Constitution.

Incremental overthrows are built on all the things that aren't worth fighting for...until there is nothing left of freedom...only tyranny.

The Republicans don't give a Tinker's Dam. It's just too much of a hassle to protect their constituencies. Or defend the country.

After all...they are just "lawmakers".
