On the other hand, no one could blame you for thinking otherwise. The man famously gave Hillary the finger, on camera, when it could hurt him; why should we think it’s out of character for him now?
And if the man wasn’t so dependent on the press showing only his good side, he’d be less sloppy about doing such things where he could get caught at it. The press MADE President Obama… and they could bring him down in a flash, simply by reporting on him just as they would for any Republican president.

Oh, for heaven’s sake, people. I’n no fan of Obama, but I can plainly see that he’s just leaning on his hand while listening to someone else talk. When you look carefully, you can see the index finger, too. A show of contempt, like beauty, apparently is in the eye of the beholder.
One would think that someone as streetwise as BHO thinks he is would be more concerned about his physical presentation in a room full of cameras. Whether you believe he is giving the finger to Ryan (those who disagree with him), camouflaging the same with two fingers, or oblivious to how he looks on camera the posture is insulting.
I go with the ‘finger’ to the citizens of the U.S. whether we agree with him or not. This is his character right out of Alinsky, Ayers, Dorn Wright, Phleger et al.
I’ve said before, photos can lie, so I wouldn’t jump to conclusions about that one. But taken in the context of some of Obama’s responses, I’d say he is indeed a very unhappy man. From his words alone it’s glaringly obvious that he just wants everybody to shut up and agree with him.
I think it was very telling the response by Obama and the democrats to the idea of allowing people to buy insurance accross state lines; He said he was worried people would “race to the bottom” and buy policies that didnt protect them enough, This is the whole philosophy the democrats have operated under for decades, they believe we are not smart enough to decide what is best for us and that they must decide for us.
Obama’s posture throughout the meeting was an utter disgrace: arrogant and disrespectful of his governmental colleagues in the room, not to mention the tens of millions of US citizens and other interested parties in the TV audience.
I’m an educator. My primary grade students knew the meaning of “school posture”: no slumping, no hands on hips, no sitting sideways, no hands in front of the mouth . . . Obama displayed all these disrespectful postures over and over again. “The Death Stare”: I love it!
Who’d be surprised? This Chicago thug has no class. “You can dress him up, but you can’t take him out . . .”
I always consider the source when seeing “critiques” of Obama: usually comments like “thug” or calling him “BHO” mean you have zero credibility and should just watch while the big boys talk.
Considering the GOP’s general “strategy” was to pat a pile of paper and repeat “total government takeover,” I can see how anyone with a brain would grow impatient.
Since I usually relate pictures to scenes from movies, this pose reminds me of Casino Royale, where the villian Le Chiffre stares down James Bond at the poker table.
Italians will recognize that he’s also casting a spell on Ryan— the “malocchio”, the evil eye.
Finally, this arrogant a*SShat law professor sits there and dismisses factual disputation and making an argument as “talking points”.
I want to be a fly on the wall when his health bill goes down in flames . I suspect his head will melt and explode like those two Nazis at the end of “Raiders of the Lost Ark.”
Michael, you obviously didn’t watch Barack getting his a*SS handed to him by Ryan , Lamar Alexander and others. Why do you think the MSM has put so little time reviewing the session yesterday or today?
