Ever tried to get all your camping gear together, after it’s been unused in the garage for two years — and it’s not the same garage it was in the last time? And you’re watching a two-year-old who has, apparently, been eating fresh coffee grounds by the fistful?
Yeah, that’s what I’m doing today.
What you should be doing is waiting for the downloadable version of this week’s PJM Political radio show. I’m your host, plus Lileks, Ed Morrissey, Tom Lifson of AmericanThinker.com, and “Anchoress” Elizabeth Scalia. Plus, as always, our dapper producer Ed Driscoll.

And you’re watching a two-year-old who has, apparently, been eating fresh coffee grounds by the fistful?
Just a little wired, eh? Don’t worry. It passes.
Or so I’ve been told.
One almost 12; two who just turned 5. I believe the phrase “slow down” is truly treated as two four-letter words in this family. The mind boggles….
For those waiting on pins and needles for the excitement, the sophistication, the rarefied nuance that is the newest edition of PJM Political, await no more!
where are you going camping?
Somewhere outside of Idaho Springs. I’m hoping it doesn’t rain quite the entire time.
I like it when I find the tent and it is moldy and musty. Nice. Where is the Fabreeze and bleach. I also find I get a buzz from mixing them.
Coffee grounds are fine for two year olds. Just don’t tell mom.
Our two year old doesn’t go nutty until about an hour before bedtime.
Sigh,I never should have explained that time appears to slow down the closer to the speed of light you get. You just never know what kids are going to try…
You camp? In a tent?
I thought your idea of camping was a hotel without room service or a mint on the pillow.
*smooch*
Toni –
You’ve mistaken me for my bride…
Toni, he has a special martini glass for camping.
