He will implement AGENDA 21 as they wish, by depopulating with his Health Care and re-populating his 3rd Worlders into 'Resettlement Sustainable Developments'. Obama has pleased the Uber Rich Elites within this movement and they want him to begin the Depopulation so he will depopulate starting with the vote block groups that did not vote/bow down to him.
