He has never explicitly stated his opposition to Steyn, that I know of. However, he has discontinued linking to anything Steyn ever writes, and some of his statements (by now, long-forgotten by me) indicate that Johnson rejects the argument out-of-hand.

And incidentally, I was banned from his site because Charles did not like my association with some of the writers at Discarded Lies. The problem? They called him “Nancy” rather than Charles.

I never called him such names, but I was banned for my association with them.

And, by the way, my association was, specifically, that I comment at their site once in awhile, and one of their contributors also contributes to Infidel Bloggers Alliance.

Do you often defend and support those who attack and slander your co-workers? How often exactly do you believe that any dissent equates a requirement to silence the dissenter?

Go to LGF, with an account that doesn’t clarify that you are you and defend Robert Stacy McCain in any fashion… and watch the instant ban for dissenting from Charles’ option of Robert Stacy McCain.

Maybe you believe that it makes sense for a “serious and bright guy” to never tolerate any dissent… but that seems less serious, and less bright than I’d equate with those labels.

Having at least a moderately open mind would seem a benefit. But perhaps I’m incorrect thinking such a thing. Perhaps a lone-voice echo-chamber is the only way to handle any “debate”?

Yes, I’ve heard about Frank Marshall Davis’ possible paternity before this, but not in such detail. Hey, who knows? I’m with you about getting a look at ALL of Obama’s papers, and quick, because he’s done enough damage to the country in nine months on the massive debt alone to bring us to the brink of ruin, and we’re a dead duck if he goes any further. It’s a good bet that there’s stuff in them to create at least an instant crisis of confidence in him sufficient to stop all this in its tracks.

Do you find PJ media a “white supremacist site”? If not, you need to look a bit more closely at the devolution of Charles and LGF.

Except that his definition of “toxic elements” seems to be everybody on the right except for himself (if he ever really considered himself part of the right to start with). For example, he seems almost as eager to paint the Tea Partiers as a bunch of bigots as the Democratic party does.
