Why We’re Not Silent Today
June 8, 2012 - 7:19 am
I understand and agree with the sentiment of Ace’s blogger silence day, but I can’t agree with its tactics. Silence is exactly what the Brett Kimberlins of the world want from us. We should do everything we can not to give it to them. We should do everything we can not to allow convicted felon Brett Kimberlin to silence Aaron Walker, Ali Akbar, Stacy McCain, Mandy Nagy or anyone else. Certainly not the entire conservative blogosphere.
Silence isn’t the right approach.
Donating to help bloggers fight back, is the right approach.
Continuing to expose Kimberlin and company for what they are, is the right approach.
And keeping calm and carrying on exposing and fighting the left’s agenda is the right approach.
So we’re here, not silent. Fighting.
