Ahead of an expected contempt of Congress vote against Holder today, Brown said, “For the best interest of the country, I think he should step down and resign. He’s lost the confidence of the American people. Certainly he’s lost the confidence of Congress. He misled Congress. They have a right to know.”
Holder — embroiled in the “Fast and Furious” gun-trafficking scandal — faces a potential vote in the U.S. House today over his refusal to turn over documents related to a gun sting operation that has been linked to the murder of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.
“There should be a full and fair exchange of information so we can get to the bottom of it,” Brown said, calling Holder a distraction.
“Mr. Terry’s family needs to know, and American citizens need to know, what happened and why.”

What Mr. Holder did in “Fast and Furious” was illegal. Under the provisions of “The King Pin Act” you must not, you can not sell guns to the Narcotic Cartels of Mexico. This is a Federal Law just for gun running into Mexico, the laws are very clear, you are not to do it or you will be adjudicated for Gun Running and the penalties are heavy. They are even heavier when you have murder committed with those guns, you become an accessory to murder and in this case it would be for 250 Police Officers or more in Mexico and the United States. If this is not bad enough, its now thought by many that this was a conspiracy against the 2nd Amendment for political reasons and that very high officials are involved because “Stimulus Money” was used to buy the guns the DOJ’s ATF sold to the Cartels. $40 million dollars was used and this amount hits a benchmark and has to have special authorization to run, who ever signed those authorizations or even knew of them broke “the King Pin Act” and can be and should be arrested for the crimes that have been committed in this illegal act. 2000 guns were bought by agents of the DOJ’s various minions such as the ATF and many are still out there killing, someone has to pay for the deaths.
