Fifth Revolutionary Guard Commander Dies of Heart Attack

Friday, February 10th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

The Iranian State media just announced that another high ranking Revolutionary Guard commander, Ahmad Sodagar, has died of a heart attack.

Sodagar, a major general, had served as the head of security and intelligence of the Guards’ Khatam-al-Anbia Base and was the chief commander of the Guards’ Prophet Mohammad Division. He had served in the Iran-Iraq war and, at the time of his death, was the head of the program “Defaeh Moghadas” or Holy Defense.

This is the fifth Guard commander to die because of a heart attack or stroke in the past month.

Those reported to have died before him were:

Vafa Ghafarian (52), a senior Guard officer, former senior manager of the Guards defense industry and electronic warfare, and the active chairman of Iran’s telecommunications. It was announced that he died due to illness, although the exact cause of death was not reported.

Abbas Mehri (52), another senior commander of the Guards, was reported by the Iranian authorities to have died in recent days of a stroke.

Ahmad Siafzadeh (55), former head of the Guards University died in recent days due to heart attack.

Mansour Torkan (50), former Guard commander and general manager of a company affiliated with the municipal office of Tehran. The cause of his death was announced as a stroke.

As reported before, a “Removal Committee” was formed recently by the order of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. The agenda of this committee is based on the possibility of war with the United States. Its mission includes sabotage and assassination before the war, during the war and after the war.

The activities also include “accidental” deaths of opposition members, “suspicious deaths” of those commanders within the Iranian armed forces opposing war, and terrorizing known personalities not in line with Khamenei, then blaming it all on the regime’s enemies. Bombings in public places would again be blamed on the enemies to heighten fear among the populace and consolidate power within loyal forces.

Report: Iran Quds Forces March into Syria

Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

In a recent order, Ayatollah Khamenei has given the duty of stabilizing the Assad regime in Syria to Iran’s Quds forces.

According to the Turkish newspaper, Sabah, the commander of the Quds forces, Qassem Soleimani and 15,000 of his fighters have entered Syria with the mission of assisting in the suppression of the Syrian protestors. The Quds forces will act as a firewall for the Assad regime as the Syrian army is finding itself in a difficult situation where many officers are joining the opposition because they do not approve of the mass killings of the civilians, which so far has taken the lives of more than 5,000 people.

Other sources have indicated that Qassem Soleimani has a permanent presence in Syria’s war room overseeing and managing the attacks on the opposition.

Khamenei has said that Syria is the red line, adding that the fall of Assad will not be tolerated. Qassem Soleimani is urging Assad to enforce a complete lockdown of information to the outside world and to use a vicious clampdown to put an end to the uprising before the West can possibly get involved militarily.

The Iranian leader also has asked Hezbollah to join forces with the Quds forces to help the Assad regime. As reported back in July, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei delivered a threatening letter to President Obama ordering the U.S. to cease and desist pressuring the Syrian regime leadership, cautioning that Iran will retaliate against American forces in the region.

At the same time, the Revolutionary Guards, through its publication, Sobh’eh Sadegh, in an article titled, “Iran’s Serious Stance in the Face of Syrian Events,” warned that “Should Turkish officials insist on their contradictory behavior and if they continue on their present path, serious issues are sure to follow. We will be put in the position of having to choose between Turkey and Syria. Syria’s justification in defending herself along with mirroring ideological perceptions would sway Iran toward choosing Syria.”

Iran Steps up its Game

Thursday, February 2nd, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

According to sources within Iran, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei has issued a new directive to further protect the regime. There are several sections to the directive, one is to confront the opposition inside and outside of Iran and another includes engaging the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in order to buy more time for the development of the nuclear bomb but also orders to the Guards to double their efforts to finish getting the bomb.

Through an analysis by its intelligence ministry and the Quds forces, the Iranian leadership has concluded that an attack by Israel, and subsequent involvement of America, is a likely possibility. Given the current erratic economic climate, some Iranians are beginning to panic and stocking up goods and exchanging their assets into gold and the U.S. dollar. With all these pressures, the prospect of another uprising is greater than ever before. The upcoming parliamentary elections in March might provide just the venue for Iranians to come out once again, in mass, demanding the overthrow of the regime.

In order to avoid such uncertainty and possibilities, several decisions have been made by the Iranian leadership, among them a coordination of its agents and affiliates in Europe, and specifically in America. Their task is to organize public demonstrations against a possible war with Iran and calling for the removal of current sanctions. The organizers objective is to get the American people involved in such demonstrations by using the Anti-War and Occupy Wall Street movements to promote larger demonstrations across America thus making it harder for President Obama to go to war with Iran.  The main focus will be to press the idea that the best approach is to first remove all the sanctions and then follow with negotiations. The demonstrations are to take place starting this week.

The Iranian officials have been ordered to show signs of a willingness to negotiate with the West over its nuclear program to stall any attempt to increase pressure on Iran.  The intent is to neutralize the effort by the Israeli government for a military confrontation.

At the same time, the Guards have been ordered to work around the clock to arm their missiles with nuclear warheads, because the leadership believes that, once the regime joins the nuclear-armed club, the West will back off.  Iran currently has enough highly enriched uranium for four nuclear bombs and continues to highly enrich uranium unabated at the Fordow facility.

The leadership also warned Turkey about its interference in Syria and has doubled its efforts to protect the Assad regime.

The Revolutionary Guards and all security forces are currently under Code Red and ready to respond to any discontent in Iran. Their presence will soon be visible in the streets of Tehran and other major cities. The Guards are also worried about possible sabotage of oil refineries and oil transportation within Iran, which would make the current dire situation much worst, another reason to have forces present close to such facilities.

However, the biggest worry for the regime is the alliance and activities of the opposition outside of Iran. The order is to disrupt these activities at all cost even if it means the assassination of certain active figures.  Iran’s agents are to increase their efforts to deceive the American public by calling anyone opposing the regime a warmonger, and to claim that if there’s a war, the whole region will go up in flames with dire consequences for the U.S.  Their latest policy is to be:  the best solution to the problem is in negotiation.

Of course, this has been their approach for thirty years while they continue to ignore the agreed-to negotiations of the past.  They continue to develop the nuclear bomb with utmost determination in spite of the imposed sanctions.

The Majority of the World’s Oil Supply is in the Hands of Islamists

Monday, January 30th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

“Approximately 60 percent of the world’s oil supplies are under the control of the soldiers of Imam Khamenei,” said Major General Naghdi, the chief commander of Iran’s Basij forces.

General Mohammad-Reza Naghdi, who was born in Iraq, was a member of the Iranian Quds Force involved in international terrorism before he was appointed by Ayatollah Khamenei to the post of commander of the Basij in 2009. He previously stated that Iran has no option but to destroy Israel.

Naghdi also stated today that, not only the Strait of Hormuz, but most strategic waterways are under the control of Islamic nations. He added that now that America has removed its forces from Iraq, there is no obstacle for the final march towards Jerusalem. From the east of the subcontinent of India to the territory of Palestine, the Islamic movement is ready to mobilize and the West should know that if they dare to create instability for the region, the Islamic nations are ready to respond.

The Iranian supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, recently held several meetings with Iranian top officials ordering the Revolutionary Guards to prepare the country for war and for further suppression of the Iranian people to avoid the possibility of any uprising from within.

The Iranian oil minister, Rostam Qasemi, also announced that soon Iran will cut off oil to certain European countries in response to the oil sanctions placed on Iran by the EU member states.

According to SepahOnline, sources within the Revolutionary Guards revealed that Khamenei has also ordered the Quds forces to ratchet up their terrorist activities in Bahrain to not only destabilize its Monarch but also further destabilize the region as a warning to the U.S. to leave the Islamic regime and its nuclear program alone.

The Quds forces are to further incite the majority Shiite populace against the minority Sunni Monarch and attack the British and U.S. embassies in Bahrain. Days ago, the Bahraini government arrested several who had planned to blow up the Malek Fahad Bridge, which serves as a link between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

In the previous riots in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia sent its armed forces in order to help the Bahraini Monarch gain control.

It was announced today that the Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, will lead the upcoming Friday Prayers in Tehran. This signifies the importance of the current confrontation over Iran’s nuclear program and the world should expect important announcement by Khamenei in response to the recent sanctions pressing the Iranian leaders for a negotiated solution.

Ayatollah: Iran Already an Atomic Power

Friday, January 27th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

In today’s Friday prayer sermon, Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami, a senior ayatollah and a member of the Islamic regime’s Assembly of Experts, criticized the European Union for their decision to impose oil sanctions on Iran and stated that in effect, “the EU has sanctioned itself from our oil and that it will harm their economy much more than Iran’s.”

He then focused on the recent State of the Union address by President Obama and his statement about Iran facing alienation and strong sanctions and saying that the U.S. will not allow Iran to get the nuclear bomb. Khatami responded by saying that so far four regimes — servants of America — have been toppled in the region and “Obama needs to bug off, and despite his rhetoric, Iran is already an atomic power.”

Khatami stated that what the Islamic regime in Iran is facing now is similar to what Prophet Mohammad was facing in his time, but through faith in Allah, Islam will be victorious.

Seyyed Emad Hosseini, spokesman for the Majlis (parliament) Energy Commission also said on Friday that the Islamic regime has the world’s third biggest oil reserve and cannot be eliminated from global energy equation. He added that oil sanctions imposed by European countries will only harm the European Union countries and that Iran is prepared to bring the European Union to its knees by stopping Iran’s oil exports to them as early as next week.

Iranian lawmakers are set to debate a “double-urgency” bill on Sunday to decide whether to ban oil exports to the European Union countries.

General Naghhdi, the chief commander of the Basij, the regime’s militia army, stated on Thursday that after Iranian officials received the letter from Obama begging for negotiations, they decided to show some leniency and allow the U.S. Navy ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

Days ago it was reported that USS Abraham Lincoln, a nuclear-powered carrier, passed through the Strait of Hormuz and entered the Gulf without incident.

As reported on January 23rd, President Obama sent a message to the Iranian leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, stating his concern about the threats to close the Strait of Hormuz and his desire for negotiations because he does not want to take any action against the regime.

Four Revolutionary Guard Commanders Dead in Four Days!

Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

Reports from within Iran indicate that a “Removal Committee” was formed recently by the order of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. According to Digarban, an opposition website, four senior Guard commanders have died due to various causes in the past four days.

Those reported dead are:

Former Revolutionary Guard Commander Hossein Alaei expressed his sadness over the deaths of the commanders in a letter and praised their service to the country, specifically during the Iran-Iraq war.

Alaei recently came under intense pressure by Khamenei’s supporters when he criticized the leader and the direction of the country. Several other Guard commanders have recently spoken out against the leadership warning of dire consequences for the country.

It was reported that another Guard member from the Guards’ Air Force unit in Mashhad was recently secretly hanged in prison.

As reported on January 18th, the Removal Committee’s mission is to take out those are deemed to be opposing the leadership. This includes journalists, military and Guard commanders, political activists and even Ahmadinejad and his followers, should Ahmadinejad cause any further problems for the regime.

The regime has long experience with accidental deaths. Reports are that there will be many more who will be killed under suspicious circumstances as Khamenei tries to tighten the grip on all who might challenge his authority in his confrontation with the West.

Iran: Obama’s Letter Indicates the United States is Afraid of the Islamic Republic

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

Iranian officials today disclosed details of a letter that was secretly passed to the leadership in Iran by the Obama administration.

According to the Iranian state-owned media, Mehr News, MP Ali Motahhari disclosed today that President Obama stated in his letter that closing of the Strait of Hormuz is a red line, but at the same time, indicated that Obama is ready to negotiate to find a resolution to their mutual disagreements.

However, MP Hojjatoleslam Hossein Ebrahimi disclosed much more details in the letter. He stated that Obama clearly indicated that U.S. will not take any hostile action against Iran and is interested in cooperation.

Ebrahimi continued that the letter covered several subjects. Among them: a section about using the international waterways in the Persian Gulf; how it is the right of every country to use the waterway; and that the closure of the waterway was America’s red line.

In other parts of the letter, Ebbrahimi continued, Obama mentioned that cooperation and negotiation is based on the mutual interests of the two countries, and assured Iran that America will not take any action against the Islamic regime.

Ebrahimi concluded that, the letter shows the power of the Islamic republic and how America fears it.

This is not the first letter sent to the leaders of Iran by President Obama, Ebrahimi said. “He has repeatedly spoken in a soft tone about the Islamic Republic of Iran, but in practice, he has not acted accordingly.”

He added that the important issue today is that, “without the permission of the Islamic regime in Iran, no country can benefit from the Persian Gulf.”

The disclosure of the contents of Obama’s letter and the subsequent ridicule of it could only have come from the very top of the Iranian leadership – Supreme Leader Khamenei – and is clearly meant to embarrass Obama. The White House has denied the existence of the letter.

At the same time, the deputy commander of the Iranian armed forces, Rear Admiral Farhad Amiri, announced that Iranian submarines can easily torpedo U.S. carriers. He added that the Iranian submarines are covered with a special coating that does not allow detection by sound waves sent by the enemy vessels’ sonar system. Amiri said that the Iranian submarines could lie on the sea bed without detection and become America’s worst nightmare sinking their carriers.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the Iranian uprisings of 2009, President Obama sent a letter to the Iranian leaders requesting negotiations, hoping that he could resolve the nuclear impasse by rapprochement. He chose to turn his back on the millions of Iranians who had come to the streets demanding change. Had President Obama backed the Persian Spring then, we would not need to worry about the closure of the Strait of Hormuz or nuclear bombs in the hands of a Jihadist regime today!

Iran Plotting to Kill Its Own President, Others

Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

The Revolutionary Guards are plotting to kill President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his followers, sources within Ahmadinejad’s camp charged Tuesday.

Meanwhile, an assassination force has been formed to also eliminate those Iranians who oppose the supreme leader in the event of war breaking out between the United States and Iran over sanctions imposed to thwart Iran’s nuclear weapons program.

Raha Press, the Iranian online media outlet close to Ahmadinejad, reported that a Guards plot code-named Hadian Basir, under the guidance of Hossein Taeb, the commander of the Guards Intelligence section, is under way to eliminate Ahmadinejad and his camp.

Taeb, who has had a long history of animosity against Ahmadinejad, is among those conservatives loyal to Iran’s supreme leader, the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. He also is among those calling Ahmadinejad and his camp the “The Seditionists.”

Khamenei loyalists called Ahmadinejad and his followers “The Seditionists” after a rift between the two came to light several months ago when Ahmadinejad dismissed Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi. Khamenei subsequently reinstated Moslehi. The intelligence minister had presented an extensive report on Ahmadinejad’s political and economic activities to the supreme leader, indicating also that Ahmadinejad was struggling for control of that ministry.

Guards intelligence has now infiltrated the Intelligence Ministry and has taken over the direction of the country’s intelligence activities, Raha Press said.

The Guards were training special handpicked forces as recently as three months ago in a city in northern Iran to eliminate Ahmadinejad, his close ally Rahim Meshaei and others in his camp, Raha Press said. It promised to release documents supporting its claims in the near future.

Meanwhile on Tuesday, a website for Iranian military insiders revealed that a “Removal Committee” under the orders of Major-General Hassan Firoozabadi, the head of the Iranian armed forces, has been formed at the Revolutionary Guards Sar’ Allah base. SepahOnline reports the agenda of this committee is based on the possibility of war with the United States. Its mission includes sabotage and assassination before the war, during the war and after the war.

The activities also include “accidental” deaths of opposition members, “suspicious deaths” of those commanders within the Iranian armed forces opposing war and terrorizing known personalities not in line with Khamenei, then blaming it all on the regime’s enemies. Bombings in public places would again be blamed on the enemies to grow fear among the populace and consolidate power within loyal forces.

The personnel are being chosen and instructed for this secret mission at the Guards’ Sar’ Allah base, which is in charge of the security of the capital and serves as one of the most important intelligence and security bases within the Revolutionary Guards.

Iran to Return U.S. Drone, but Only a Toy Model of It

Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

The Iranian state-owned radio in a mocking tone announced that Iran will give back the U.S. drone to America, but it will be a toy model 1/80th the size of the RQ-170 Sentinel stealth drone. The model will be sent to the White House, the announcement said.

Iranian leaders made the decision in response to a request by U.S. President Barack Obama for the return of the drone, which Tehran says was detected and brought down over the eastern part of Iran some 140 miles from the Afghan border by the Revolutionary Guards.

The announcement also stated that the toy model will go on sale in Iran for about 70,000 Iranian rials, about $3.

The state-owned media in Iran also touched on a recent letter sent by Obama to the Iranian supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, clarifying the U.S. position on the Iranian threat to close the Strait of Hormuz, offering for the second time to establish a hotline to avoid any misconception and a possible conflict. This is the second time the Obama administration has requested a hotline between the two countries. After the initial request, the Iranian leaders rejected the idea and announced that the only hotline they will agree to will be the one when they have their vessels present in the Gulf of Mexico.

Iranian political analysts called Obama’s request a verification of the regime’s power and an acknowledgement by the U.S. that Iran has the capability to close the strait.

Esmayeel Kosari , vice chairman of the parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, stated that the Iranian armed forces are not only capable of closing down the Strait of Hormuz but will certainly do so if Iran comes under threat. In an interview with Fars News Agency, which is close to the Revolutionary Guards, Kosari warned that the closure of the strait would paralyze the global economy.

Iran Supreme Leader: CIA and Mossad Behind Scientist’s Assassination

Friday, January 13th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

Ayatollah Khamenei, the supreme leader of the Islamic regime in Iran, went public late Thursday calling the assassination of the Iranian nuclear scientist, Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, the work of CIA and Mossad.

According to the Fars News Agency, Khamenei stated that Iran’s nuclear program is not dependent on any individual and that the nuclear work will continue. He pledged that those who committed this crime will be brought to justice.

Khamenei went on to say, “This cowardly act of  terror, whose perpetrators and plotters will never dare to confess to their dirty and hideous crime or accept responsibility for it, has been carried out with the planning or support of the CIA and Mossad intelligence services, like all other crimes of the network of international state terrorism.”

The Ayatollah added that the assassination attempt verifies that “the global arrogance, spearheaded by the U.S. and Zionism, has reached a deadlock in the confrontation with the determined, devout, and progressive nation of Islamic Iran.”

On January 11, an unknown motorcyclist attached a magnetic bomb to the scientist’s car near a college building of Allameh Tabatabaei University in Tehran. Ahmadi Roshan, the deputy director of marketing at Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility, was killed instantly and his driver died a few hours later in hospital from his injuries.

This was the fourth Iranian nuclear scientist killed in a similar fashion in the past two years. On November 29, 2010, Majid Shahriari and Fereydoun Abbasi were targeted by terrorist attacks; Shahriari was killed immediately and Abbasi, the current director of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, sustained injuries.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guards also issued a statement strongly condemning the assassination, declaring that no amount of terror will stop Iran’s holy nuclear program.

The Iranian state media close to former President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, the Aftab News, put out a report indicating that there is an unprecedented readiness for retaliation against Israel and the West. The report continues that, based on an analysis Iranian intelligence community, “there is no doubt that Israel, America, and England were behind this assassination.” It then quotes a source within Iranian intelligence stating that Iran’s response “will know no borders and it will reach beyond our region making sure those involved in these acts will not feel secure at any time!” The source added that Iran will enter a new phase of intelligence operation against its enemies, in which, he indicated, “Iran has great expertise.”

Sources within Iran reported that the purpose for President Ahmadinejad’s trip to Latin America was to press forward with plans of terrorist activities against Israel and America’s interest using the Quds forces stationed in Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba.

Top Iran Military Advisor: Islam will Dominate the World

Tuesday, January 10th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

According to FarsNews Agency, the mouthpiece of the Revolutionary Guards of Iran, a top military advisor to the supreme leader of the Islamic revolution expressed confidence about the growing power and influence of Islamic ideology in the world, believing that the capitalist system has started its collapse.

“We witnessed the jolt of the Communist economy and today we will definitely witness the shaking of the capitalist economy as well,” Supreme Leader’s Advisor for Military Affairs Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi said.

“We are confident that Islamic ideology will rule over the (sic) man in future,” Safavi added.

Safavi made those remarks referring to the recent uprising in the region that the Islamic regime officials call an “Islamic Awakening” leading to the collapse of Western-backed governments and the victory of Islamist parties.

Ayatollah Khamenei recently stated that the Occupy Wall Street movement would bring down capitalism in America, and  that the U.S. administration’s crack down on the Occupiers, would not  stop the movement.

Addressing tens of thousands of people in the western city of Kermanshah in October, Ayatollah Khamenei said the United States is now in a full-blown crisis because its “corrupt foundation has been exposed to the American people.”

The leadership of the Islamic regime in Iran believes the time is close at hand for the final glorification of Islam.

As I revealed back in March, the secret Iranian documentary, “The Coming is Upon Us,” specifically addresses the timing of the coming of the last Islamic Messiah, the Shiites’ 12th Imam, Mahdi. The needed trigger for the coming is the destruction of Israel, which will result in the glorification of Islam worldwide.

Iran Escalates Its Warlike Belligerence over Persian Gulf

Friday, January 6th, 2012 - by Reza Kahlili

The Revolutionary Guards will soon stage their most massive naval exercises in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi announced Wednesday, ratcheting up tensions between Iran and the United States.

According to Fars News Agency, the mouthpiece of the Revolutionary Guards, Vahidi stated that “The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps plans to conduct its greatest naval war games in the same region in the near future. Iran is the most important power in the region, playing a significant role in protecting the security of the area.”

The Revolutionary Guards’ Navy commander, Gen. Ali Fadavi, said he’s received orders for Guards naval units to conduct a massive military exercise, codenamed Payambar e Azam (the Great Prophet), next month in the Persian Gulf.

Fadavi bragged that the Islamic Republic of Iran has full control of the waterways of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz and warned America to remember the bitterness of the Iraqi attack on the billion-dollar USS Stark in 1987 in the Persian Gulf in which 37 sailors were killed on the U.S. warship. The Stark later had to be scrapped.

America should also remember, Fadavi said, that during that Iran-Iraq war attack, not only was the U.S. Navy not able to protect oil tankers in the Gulf, but it could not even protect itself — and that was when Iran did not have the power it does today.

Fadavi said the next round of war games would be “different” from previous ones and that the world will witness the full power of the Revolutionary Guards.

Considering that America chose to run from Lebanon, Somalia, Iraq and soon Afghanistan, Fadavi asked, how can it guarantee the security of the Strait of Hormuz? “If they choose war,” Fadavi said, “the world economy will collapse and will not be able to absorb the closure of the Strait of Hormuz by our forces, and that America should know, we will hit America and the Americans from everywhere while they won’t be able to easily locate us.”

Iran wrapped up 10-day naval drills in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz and the Sea of Oman on Tuesday.

Speaking after the drill, Gen. Vahidi said the country has been successful in its pursuit of maintaining the security of the Strait of Hormuz, a key oil route. An estimated 40 percent of the world’s seaborne oil supply passes through the waterway.

The Islamic Republic’s military officials have repeatedly warned that in case of an attack by either the U.S. or Israel, Iran would target 32 American military bases in the Middle East and close the strategic Strait of Hormuz. As I revealed recently in “The Coming War with Iran,” the Revolutionary Guards have mapped out all U.S. bases in the region for an attack in case of war.

In its most direct threat, Iran’s army chief, Ataollah Salehi, on Tuesday warned the U.S. not to return a U.S. aircraft carrier to the Persian Gulf. “I advise, recommend and warn them (the Americans) over the return of this carrier to the Persian Gulf because we are not in the habit of warning more than once,” Salehi said.

Many of the officials and commanders of the Islamic regime in Iran are either wanted by Interpol or various courts around the world for terrorist activities and acts of assassination on Iranian opposition. Iran’s defense minister, Gen. Vahidi, is on the Interpol most-wanted list for his role in the attack on the Jewish community center in Buenos Aires 1994, in which 85 people were killed and hundreds injured.
