This makes me want to put my fist through the wall.

Fox News:

Illegal immigrants pouring across the border could trigger a wave of lawsuits flooding the U.S. court system for years and costing taxpayers millions, according to legal experts.

The American Civil Liberties Union has already sued the federal government to ensure that each of the 60,000-plus unaccompanied children who have come across the border since November gets taxpayer-funded representation at deportation hearings. But legal advocacy groups who represent illegal immigrants could file additional suits alleging improper treatment at the hands of the government. And with the system overwhelmed, there’s little doubt corners are being cut.

“You can bet there is a phalanx of left-wing lawyers trying to line up illegal alien plaintiffs,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.

Slow asylum hearing dockets — like those that have already prompted a class action suit on behalf of 40,000 illegal immigrants — are certain to get much worse, experts say. But every interaction between the government and the illegal immigrants pouring in could potentially trigger a cause of action if lawyers can prove the letter of the law was not followed.

Jessica Vaughn, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, said there’s little the White House can do now that the children — most of whom are from Central America —are already here. Under U.S. law, kids from non-contiguous countries cannot be turned back at the border and must be granted deportation hearings.

“If we start sending these kids back to their home countries, there will be lawsuits galore,” said Vaughn. “We’re already seeing suits for conditions and denial of privileges. The sky’s the limit, it could be a nightmare.”

So, to sum up: These left-wing lawyers advocate for policies that cause the illegal-alien crush at the border in the first place and then enrich themselves by suing the government because the Feds are unprepared for the deluge.

Is this a great country, or what?

I have several descriptives I could use in venting my rage against these attorneys, but this is a family website and rather than write something that would get me fired, I will simply refer to them as garden variety pond scum.

We live in a suit-happy society, so I suppose we shouldn’t be surprised when lawyers take full advantage of an awful situation in order to gain notoriety and wealth. But that shouldn’t lessen our total contempt for the maggots who feed off of tragedy.

No doubt there is a special level of hell reserved for their kind.

The states and localities impacted by these waves of immigration need to sue the federal government for their costs. The letter of the law is not being followed regarding border security, either.

To what end I wonder? To milk the system for lawyers? To gain unlawful access to citizenship for the "clients"?

All of the above, I expect. But you can't deny the lure of billable hours. Don't forget that most of our politicians are lawyers.

Mandy, Mandy, Mandy!

That's only if you follow the law. In Obamaland, the law is what Obama says it is, nothing more, nothing less. What might be law this morning, could be forgotten by the afternoon.

We should repeal any immigration law meant to help them that they plan on using to sue us. Perhaps we should trade those countries a lawyer for every child admitted.

on the other hand, I am sure there are people, ranchers, on the border who have standing to sue Obama and the Federalgovernment for not upholding the law.

Democrats and Republican are Destroying Themselves

Citizen Smith Meadows
7/11/2014

It is so sad to see only contention in America from our leaders in the Democratic and Republican Parties. They are destroying themselves, not America. Citizen Smith is coming to Washington again to stop corruption in both parties and return it to the American people.
Here are two example of Republicans and Democrats inflexibility and mode of operation that is destroying them but they do not realize it:
Republicans: “WASHINGTON — President Obama met with Gov. Rick Perry in Texas Thursday and took fire for his failure to visit the Mexican border. While Obama called the meeting on a 15-minute helicopter flight constructive, Perry made a series of television appearances Thursday in which he said Obama should have visited the border. “That’s what Presidents do,” Perry told CBS.More than 57,000 unaccompanied children from Central American countries have arrived in the U.S. since October.Obama returned Thursday to Washington, where his request for $3.7 billion in emergency funds address the border issue faced growing GOP resistance.Read more: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/obama-criticized-failing-visit-mexican-border-article-1.1862959#ixzz37BerKQZR
The real question is why did President Obama not visit the Mexican Border and see those poor people? Why did Governor Perry make such a big to do out of our president not wanting to go to the border? Was it because he was reluctant to do anything suggested by the Republicans or something else? It really does not matter, he is the president, he won the election and he has a phone and a pen to do what he wants to do, but it sure would have been wise in Citizen Smith’s eyes to appear as a good Seminarian. Citizen Smith is not fooled any longer by these their tactics. This is an example of how both parties are destroying themselves, but they do not see or believe it; however, Mr. Smith does and patience with them is not a virtue any longer.
Democrat: “Speaker Boehner is taking his partisan games to the next level and suing the president over health care reform!! That's insane -- Boehner can clearly no longer lead Congress and instead is going to resort to political stunts and attacking the president -- we've got to fight back. The Tea Party (formerly the Grand Old Party) is putting commonsense aside to do everything in their power to attack the president these next two years and trying stop all the progress we've made. Even the laughable Sarah Palin has gotten in the mix, and she's called for the president to be impeached!! Stop the Tea Party”

Citizen Smith Meadows agrees with the Democrats that Speaker Boehner is doing a foolish thing suing the president, but it is not his money he is spending; however, the Democrats should try and understand why, but that could never happen because they are at both ends of ideologies politically. That will be the thing that destroys both parties The American Citizens are “mad as hell and will not take it any longer.” They are tired of seeing grown men acting like spoiled brats who will not agree on anything. They continue to attack the Tea Party and can see no good in them; however, they should feel sorry for such ignorant fools and pay no attention to them according to some who believes you “let a sleeping dog alone.” They are mean spirited and have no kind words for Governor Palin and she reciprocates in kind. Even all Citizen Smiths who agree with the Democrats know they are wrong in bashing a lady. “Gentlemen don’t do that.”
Contention is a terrible thing that only brings hard feelings, destruction and shows Citizen Smith that contentious people can probably never be saved, but they are free to make their own choices. However, they cannot determine the final outcome. Citizen Smith will make that decision at the voting booths.
Do they love America or just want the goodies it provides for them? Love of Country is the real question and if they did they would be willing to humble themselves, come up with a plan, and move forward unified to accomplish our mission agreed by congress, Citizen Smith, and their President. But they are determined to destroy each other and they are close to destruction even at this moment and do not know it. This peaceful revolution my be accomplished in a very short time; however, it will take years to correct the mistakes created for Citizen Smith to correct.
Citizen Smith knows that the naïve destroy each other unless they wake up and humble themselves. Naïve people waste their resources, take advantage of friends, and hurt themselves and their enemies.
When my beautiful bride and I were first married we felt strongly about different things and still do; however, we love each other more than we did our ideologies and spent hours’ discussing our differences. We agreed to disagree on some items but refused to be disagreeable. After 50 years of marriage July 31, 2014 we are more in love today

once more we will see the worst of lawyers as they will take huge sums of money to work to harm this society.

maybe it is time that lawyers do all this work pro bono and not pass the costs onto tax payers,

sort of like criminal lawyers that get paid by tax payers who think they should work so hard to put criminals back on the streets.

has always been the racket. Most law makers are lawyers, what else should one expect?

What privileges could those be that are being denied? The right and privilege to storm the border?

why do that, then they would be subject to taxation and other costs associated with the privilege to be a citizen, when they can get it all and have no responsiblities

You may notice the GOP is doing nothing about the situation. Keep that in mind while they chant "elect more Republicans" at you. If you don't elect conservatives it doesn't matter much whether you vote D or R. You can't outsource your responsibilities as a citizen.

No change can happen while Boehner and McConnell are driving the bus.
