The Chicago Sun-Times reports that former Illinois state Rep. Keith Farnham has been banned from using his own patio by a federal judge.

The 66-year-old Democrat, who represented Elgin, IL in the state House from 2009 to 2014, faces charges that he traded child pornography on the Internet. In a web chat, he allegedly said that “12 is about as old as I can handle, I love 6 7 8″ year old children.

Despite the seriousness of the allegations, Farnham is not in jail but is on house arrest. The ankle bracelet that the court ordered him to wear has tripped when he went outside to his patio. Farnham’s defense attorney complained to the court. The court’s response was to ban him from using the patio. The judge said that Farnham is banned from using the patio because it is unsecured, and because a young boy also has access to it.

Farnham is also banned from accessing the Internet.

Farnham resigned from the legislature  in March, after police raided his office.

Hmmmm . . . Democrat . . . sex crime . . . . involving children . . . . federal charges. Yep, bet the farm the non-Fox media will cover up, clean up & shut up on this one.

Farnham is apparently waging his own one-pervert war on children.
