Newly uncovered IRS documents show the agency flagged political groups based on the content of their literature, raising concerns specifically about “anti-Obama rhetoric,” inflammatory language and “emotional” statements made by non-profits seeking tax-exempt status.
Of course, this has always been a very real scandal, with a preponderance of evidence proving it to be so. What is so disturbing is how quickly so many people believe it to be otherwise simply because The Idiot King said so.
I am often asked how we are supposed to combat a presidency that lies with such abandon and gets backed up by most in an unquestioning press. A good start would be to take the Senate away from him next year. After that, we don’t let any of his minions (see: Elizabeth Warren) succeed him in office.
I never tired of pointing out that he is a liar to his supporters either.
