Should those on the left who criticized Colin Powell for presenting information about WMDs to the UN, information &amp;#8220;based on intelligence that he had received,&amp;#8221; have been admonished to shut up because they were &amp;#8220;besmirching his reputation&amp;#8221; in an &amp;#8220;outrageous&amp;#8221; manner?  Of course not, as they&amp;#8217;d be the first to tell you.
