I loved the outstanding product of one of our finest universities who wanted not to ban corporate profits but to force corporate losses. Someone please tell me she isn’t an econ major. Although, she could have been one of those Harvard students who boycotted Professor Mankiw’s Econ 101 class.
STOP GIVING THEM IDEAS!
I actually do believe there should be a cap of sorts. That is, no government subsidized organization whether it be a University, or a business should be allowed to compensate employees, including those at the top at a rate greater than three times the mean annual income of all Americans. I also believe that those groups who lobby government to spend money, should not be tax exempt themselves. So let’s put a cap on corporate welfare and freebees.
