The White House has already told enough whoppers about this ad, including the notion that they didn’t know anything about Mr. Soptic despite the fact that the former steelworker was featured in another ad, this time made by the campaign itself.
It’s a good concept — trashing your opponent for a political low blow. But the Romney ad won’t get half the play that the Priorities USA ad received. That ad hasn’t even aired on TV yet. It has more than half a million views already and it’s only been three days.
Expect more of the same coming soon from this super PAC.

This is exactly the response I have been advocating form the Romney campaign. It does not try to deal with the points in obama’s smear ad but instead uses the very ad itself to beat Obama over the head. THIS is smart campaigning jujitsu: figuring out ways to use your opponent’s attacks against him.
And I’m glad this ad makes it personal. There is no wishy-washiness here, It pins this on Obama and makes Obama defend it.
As an aside, the original ‘Romney killed my wife’ ad has now been sufficiently discredited that it can now be used by our side to set the ‘Another Obama Lie’ theme for responses to any future videos

What it says Mr Romney, is that Obama has NO qualms about doing whatever it takes to destroy you and win re-election. He has the media to help him kick your ass and he has NO sense of decency. This is preaching to the choir maybe but I think we forget sometimes that: “The end justifies the means” – THAT is the credo of the Left … Just ask Alynsky or Stalin or Obama. An attack add showing different examples in history of the “credo” could be used over and over after each and every Obama super PAC ad. Romney is playing with totalitarians/communists; far-left radicals that think nothing of stealing away hope by stealing the future of our youth. Romney is dealing with an anti-God, totalitarian and poisonous ideology … the exact same ideology that sent 6 million Jewish people to Auschwitz and the same exact ideology that has killed millions more over the years and STILL continues to do so today; though it may not be as obvious sometimes. Playing nice with little Hitlers doesn’t work … we can however; be bold and civil by simply telling the truth about the ideology behind the Obama administration; which is rife with examples. The left’s alliance with Islam is another historic fact; Hitler recruited terrorists from middle eastern countries to do their dirty work too; and no, they were not tried like the SS thugs, they simple and quietly crawled back under the rocks from whence they came, thereby escaping judgement only to return today in the form of the growing virulent anti-Semitism that exists in Europe. Being nice doesn’t cut it …. being civil is good; and any Romney ad from now on should go right for the throat, pulling absolutely no punches at all … no wimps need apply.
