That’s my title, not the NRSC’s, but it fits this video that they released today.

President Obama has done a fine job of setting himself up for this perfectly valid attack. The simple fact is, Obama would prefer to lecture and goad, and then golf, than to lead. His press conference Wednesday was among the worst I’ve ever seen a US president deliver, almost as bad and strange as the one he handed over to Bill Clinton a while back. It’s becoming clearer by the day that President Obama is interested in pursuing his own agenda via the power of the presidency, and he isn’t interested in much else about the job. Except the perks.

So let’s fire him.
