Issa issues subpoenas to DHS for politicized FOIA compliance

The hounds close in.  Chairman Issa issued two more subpoenas to the Department of Homeland Security requiring employees to testify at depositions March 7 and March 8 about the Department’s FOIA policies and practices.  Remember that Pajamas broke the story that the Department of Justice is also engaged in the same political shenanigans with FOIA requests.  Pajamas had to sue Eric Holder to get information requested over six months ago.
