Dr. Ebrahim Hadji-Mozaffari, director of the Health and Wellness organization of the province of Qom has reported that as of March 21, 2010, ninety six people have died in the holy city of Qom, due to complications from AIDS; three were women and ninety three were men.
Also during this period 522 individuals have been diagnosed with full blown AIDS in Qom, of which 477 of them are men and 45 are women.
The skyrocketing of HIV/AIDS in Iran is mainly fueled by an epidemic of injecting drug use as well as sexual transmission. Iran has the largest heroin problem in the world.
In a recent editorial, the German publication Die Welt finally divulged that the Iranian regime itself is in fact the biggest drug dealer in the world, a fact also confirmed by top-secret dispatches from the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan and revealed by Wikileaks. Iranians have known and reported this for years.

Oh, really? Quotes around ‘holy’? One would think there might be a suppressed scatological element to the headline….
“Scatological” element? Check your dictionary. However, the headline should not even include the word because nothing in Islam is holy. However, in order to appease the jihadis and avoid a fatwa, journalists and bloggers often include Muslim descriptions (ie., the “prophet” muhammad). The fact that the word is set off in quotes is rather brave. Indeed, this is probably enough for death threats and some street riots.
Do they stone people for being ‘stoned’ there?
yeh Iran is the biggest user but that’s beccause its dirt cheap and it has to come through Iran on its way to europe and the world from afghanistan (where 90+% of the worlds heroin is grown). before the afghanistan invasion herion was virtually un findable now its everywhere. The last time there was a spike like this was when the same thing happened in veitnam.
PS: Aids will have a cure within 10 years so don’t stress about that too much unless you already have caught it.
inshallah
This is great news, the world sure can do with less muslims…
