In the future use Hanaflowers, they cut the flowers, from Maui of course the same day they are sent...the fedex them right to the correct address..every time, never had a problem..and they have a number you can call and always reach a live person..check it out.

&lt;strong&gt;Good question, which I debated, but it often happens that in cases like these the company will hunt down a lowly order taker to take the blame rather than their system.I think the lesson is not to trust any of them. Like your Pynchon obsessed site, btw.&lt;/strong&gt;
