Such political institutions, however well meaning, give too much power to the leaders. Sooner or later, they will abuse it. Do you really wish to help the dispossessed? In that case—do your best to stay out of the way! The masses must be treated as individuals able to handle their own affairs. They need a government that protects their economic rights and then essentially leaves them alone.
