For urls I just type in the regular html for them. I usually copy the url to the clipboard then…

For blockquotes I think it’s just

2) blockquote

3) greater than symbol

4) your text

5) less than symbol

greater than symbol

I’ve never tried the blockquote though. But one thing I suspect is that previewing may mess somethings up.
