Try imagining instead the repeat offender, with a list of convictions a mile long, being arrested once again for a crime. Such a person no longer deserves the benefit of the doubt. The MSM have a well-deserved reputation for being at least subconsciously anti-American. The Vietnam War, for instance, was lost due to their shenanigans. A betting man in Las Vegas would put their money on the probability that this cameraman is in cahoots with the terrorists. This is a very reasonable assumption.
