I don’t know, Theresa Heinz-Kerry would combine the best of Hillary, Nancy, and Jackie all in one very well-heeled package.

The best of Hillary, Nancy and Jackie is more like Sybil Fawlty than Teresa Heinz-Kerry. But then again, any package attached to John Kerry is, by definition, well heeled.
