We gotta crack down on Middle Eastern men, particularly Saudis, running around the world ready to kill Americans to violently promulgate their crackpot Wahhabi philosophy.

Somebody important writes in the margin: you better take this out, because we don’t want to piss of the Saudis in an election year, they might cut off the money.
