Catherine ó The reason you don’t see “progressives” (they are NOT liberal, in any grammatical or political sense of the term, anymore) embracing a “sense of the possible” is that once you say something is possible, the next question becomes “then why don’t you?” with its attendant obligations of action and assumption of responsibility, something “progressives” are loathe to accept. They are all about telling other people to act and accept responsibility.
