I believe it’s all a way to entertain himself. He has all of the money he could ever need, so what more can he do? He gets to sit in the shadows, like a god and control the world. A little tweak here, a little tweak there and he can bring nations to their knees. Another little trick he likes to play is the “giver”. After he destroys, he likes to be benevolent. He gives money away to make himself feel even more powerful. He creates the slave and then slightly lifts them up to make himself a god to the poor.

It’s a game. It’s fun for him, as he enjoys watching the “little” man squirm. Anyone who played with Nazis is evil through and through. He may be the Anti-Christ and Obama and company are his evil henchmen.
