I will point out that when it was last being tossed around among the nattering classes (prior to Iraq) it was largely an MSM memebot (I like that word, thanks to whomever put it here today!).

I don’t believe you will find much sympathy for their position regarding protecting the populace from judges who might disagree with the relentless march of “progressive social policy”.
