It gets worse. Joe “memo” Lockhart issue a statement where he said:

It looks like my original take from yesterday in jest has become more serious. To Kerry and his supporters Allawi is no better then Diem or Thiu, i.e., mere puppets of the imperialist US who should be displaced by the legitimate Viet Cong. The implication of their remarks is that the like of Sadr and Zarqawi represent the will of the Iraqi people.
