Why the Democratic Party Clings to Racism

The other evidence that many democrats really are white-on-black racist is revealed by Joe Biden’s “clean and articulate” comment. It wasn’t Jesse Jackson’s political radicalism that kept him from gaining any traction in the party, it was his authenticity. The white demos wouldn’t consider someone who talks black.

The man elected president was as radical as Jackson, but he gained traction within the party, and was able to knock Hillary Clinton out of a certain nomination, because the white liberal racists in the party finally found someone who talked like them.

In the end, he was perfect for white liberals – he was nominally black, so they could pat themselves on the back for supporting a black man, but at the same time, he was culturally and linguistically a white college sophomore. IOW, a member of their tribe.
