Both the X37 and ABL are long term ongoing projects, but I doubt the ABL will continue to get funding. It’s a project absolutely hated by the left, and Barry’s policies–especially this one in discussion here appear to be designed specifically to appease them. It’s politically motivated to impress a group of people whose goal is the emasculation of America. He is weakness incarnate, and as I’ve said before weakness is the lowest form of stupidity.
The main problem with the policy is that for decades it has left options open, everything was on the table, regardless of the implausibility of actually using them. But, as 9/11 showed us, what you end up dealing with are sets of unknown unknowns. Which is why you don’t tie you hands…. esp to appease people who don’t have you best interest at heart anyways.
