I tried to unite the competing narratives offered by Roger, Victor Davis Hanson, and Glenn Beck and others, arguing that Obama’s personality disorder (that may be malignant narcissism) fit the requirements of the Democratic base, also its post-60s aspirations for a grand, apocalyptic transformation. But if the diagnosis is correct, Obama could be ever more paranoid and dangerous to our country.
